Arshad Nadeem Qualifies for Javelin Final at Paris Olympics
Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has made it to the final at the Paris Olympics, scheduled for August 8. In the qualifiers, Nadeem delivered an impressive throw of 86.59 meters.
He will be competing for gold against a strong competitors, including India’s Neeraj Chopra, who secured his spot in the final with a throw of 89.34 meters.
In the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem achieved his personal best with a throw of 90.18 meters. He won the gold medal, surpassing world champion Anderson Peters and becoming the first South Asian athlete to break the 90-meter barrier.
